Our Homes
Building science and technology have made giant advancements over the past several years, and Inergy Homes has been a major contributor to research and development, advancing building science and technology with a specific focus on adapting those advancements to low-cost, affordable housing. Harnessing the computerized and standardized production methods for building normally associated with skyscrapers, Inergy Homes has applied this same approach to custom designed homes, providing the highest quality control, and speed of delivery, while essentially eliminating end-waste.

At the heart of the Inergy Homes unique design is a computer-driven roll-forming machine that processes all needed steel framing elements for Exterior Walls, Interior Walls and Roof Rafters. Using galvanized coil steel made from recycled cars, each piece is precision cut and attachment points dimpled and pierced, ready to receive fasteners. The computer is also programmed to install holes required to provide passageways for plumbing and electrical components.

Conventional construction methods have an inherent amount of inefficient factors that are almost impossible to overcome with conventional on site construction practices, such as:
• High cost of skilled tradesmen
• Harder to maintain quality standards
• Longer construction time
• More affected by weather
• Higher architectural fees
• Longer permitting process
• Higher environmental compliance
• Higher risk of injury
• Higher cost of insurance
• Higher construction loan interest
• Higher transportation costs and call back rate
